Physical rehabilitation through the prism of adaptive physical culture: Contemporary approaches and technologies

The demand for continuous rehabilitation programs is growing as home-based training expands and in-person resources remain limited, creating a need for controllable hybrid care models. The aim of this work is to substantiate and design an integrative technological framework that links standardized goal setting across functioning domains, hybrid delivery of training, and digital load monitoring.

The use of health-saving technologies in physical education classes at university

This article examines the current problem of preserving and strengthening the health of students in higher education through the introduction of health-saving technologies in physical education classes. We analyse modern methods, approaches and practical strategies aimed at creating safe and motivating educational environment that promotes not only increased physical fitness, but also the formation of sustainable healthy lifestyle skills.

ДОСТУПНЫЙ СПОРТ: ПРЕОДОЛЕНИЕ ЦИФРОВОГО НЕРАВЕНСТВА

Статья посвящена проблеме цифрового неравенства как фактора социальной эксклюзии в сфере физической активности. Автором выявлены и систематизированы ключевые барьеры (технологические, экономические, компетентностные), препятствующие доступу к цифровым спортивным сервисам для пожилых людей, малообеспеченных граждан и жителей территорий с плохой интернет-инфраструктурой. В качестве решения предлагается комплексная гибридная модель, сочетающая очные практики с низкопороговыми цифровыми инструментами.

Влияние физической активности на уровень стресса у студентов технического вуза

Цель. Выявить количественные параметры взаимосвязи уровня физической активности и воспринимаемого стресса у студентов технического вуза.
Методы. В исследовании приняли участие 60 студентов 1–3 курсов в возрасте 18–21 года. Для оценки уровня физической активности использовалась модифицированная версия Международного опросника физической активности IPAQ (short form). Уровень воспринимаемого стресса определялся с помощью шкалы PSS-10. Статистическая обработка данных проводилась с использованием корреляционного анализа Пирсона.

Kinetic postural stability trainer project

Posturology is the study of human body balance. Stabilometry platforms are used to assess balance function in medicine and for training in physical education and sports. Stabilotraining, combining physical activity and computer technology, is well-suited for the concept of the phygital movement. In educational institutions, stabilotraining can be used in both physical education classes and phygital tournaments. This article describes the implementation of a student project of creating a stability trainer.

Development of flexibility by means of stretching in karate players at the stage of initial training

In martial arts, good flexibility provides an athlete with freedom and speed, economy of movement, increases efficiency of applying effort when performing a variety of physical exercises, even the most difficult ones. If flexibility is not developed enough, then engaged in combat sports is limited in the choice of blows during the battle and movements of individual parts of the body.

The influence of training methodologies on reaction time and hand-eye coordination: A study of professional male and female badminton players

The study examines how visual-reaction and coordination-enhancement instruction affects the reaction time and hand-eye coordination between male and female professional badminton players between the ages of 17–25. To consider the effectiveness of training on the basis of gender, the study involves 60 national-level respondents in an experimental approach to training effectiveness.

Modern approaches to the assessment of esports athletes’ technique

The rapid development of esports has highlighted a lack of objective tools for assessing athletes’ technique. Nowadays most disciplines use disparate methodological materials that do not allow comparisons or monitoring of progress. The absence of reliable criteria makes sports selection and training planning more difficult, as coaches cannot clearly determine which exercises are effective for technical improvement and which are not.

Organizing esports athlete’s workplace

Rapid development of esports as a professional activity has generated scientific interest in the health and performance of esports athletes. However, workplace design, a key factor in preventing occupational diseases and improving well-being, remains understudied, making this theoretical analysis relevant. The aim of this article is to analyze existing esports workplace design knowledge. The current regulatory framework partially regulates ergonomic requirements for an esports athlete’s workplace.

Mental training in psychological preparation of an esports athlete

World practice shows that in conditions of high competition in esports, not only technical, but also psychological training of players is of key importance. Effectiveness of mental training as a method for building resistance to stress, increasing concentration and speeding up decision-making in the game disciplines of “Dota 2” and “Counter Strike 2” is substantiated. The aim of the study is to adapt the mental training technique developed in classical sports to the specifics of esports activities.
