Concept of the content of the technical task of the mobile application “VDvizhenii” for regulating the motor activity of students

Abstract: 

The article presents a theoretical model of a prototype of a domestic application that regulates the motor activity of university students. The reasons are substantiated for the development and design of the technical task of reference for a mobile application. The positive aspects are indicated of using a mobile application of domestic development in the educational process in the disciplines (modules) of physical culture and sports. Using the application, training will be carried out on the basis of observations and self-regulation of psychological state and characteristics of other data determined by objective and subjective factors.
