In modern conditions of the educational process, students face physical inactivity and lack of time, which reduces the effectiveness of traditional forms of physical education. High-intensity interval training is a promising direction that allows achieving significant adaptive effects in a short period of time. The theoretical analysis and systematization of scientific data on the effectiveness of high-intensity interval training for the student population are a necessary step to justify their implementation in the educational process.

The use of health-saving technologies in physical education classes at university

This article examines the current problem of preserving and strengthening the health of students in higher education through the introduction of health-saving technologies in physical education classes. We analyse modern methods, approaches and practical strategies aimed at creating safe and motivating educational environment that promotes not only increased physical fitness, but also the formation of sustainable healthy lifestyle skills.

Concept of the content of the technical task of the mobile application “VDvizhenii” for regulating the motor activity of students

The article presents a theoretical model of a prototype of a domestic application that regulates the motor activity of university students. The reasons are substantiated for the development and design of the technical task of reference for a mobile application. The positive aspects are indicated of using a mobile application of domestic development in the educational process in the disciplines (modules) of physical culture and sports.

The article talks about digitalization, to which all spheres of human activity, including education, are subordinated nowadays, therefore it is advisable to produce specialists with competencies corresponding to modern realities. The use of innovative technologies in a pedagogical university in the implementation of disciplines (modules) in physical culture and sports

The article presents research data related to the interest of teachers in the use of information technologies in the educational process of the university in the discipline (module) of physical culture and sports. The reasons for the introduction of mobile applications into the educational process for reading sports results (number of steps, speed, mileage, etc.) are substantiated and recommendations for teachers of higher educational institutions on improving pedagogical skills when using information technologies are determined.
