Abstract:

The health of students is one of the most pronounced indicators of the state of well-being and well-being of the country’s population as a whole, one of the most important key benchmarks determining the well-being of society. Today, the educational process, in terms of its specifics, technology, structure, amount of information and conditions of classes, places demands on young people that do not always match their individual, age, mental and physical capabilities. This imbalance in the learning process leads to a weakening of the adaptive and compensatory capabilities of the body. A high degree of morbidity is recorded among students after the third year, which is due to an increase in intellectual activity and a decrease in physical activity. Effective training of specialists in the medical field at a medical university involves providing opportunities for significant and active creative activity without excess and wear, with an abundant reserve of physical health, hypokinesia, and the absence of changes in working posture for a long time. The qualitative standard of physical activity is dynamic under the influence of a significant number of factors: physical activity, environmental components, morphological and physiological data of youth and students. It is permissible to optimize conditions at the expense of physical education, which predispose to maintaining intensive academic activity, increasing the stability and productivity of medical students.
