In the modern educational environment, students inevitably face increased academic workload, stress, and emotional strain, which may negatively affect their psycho-emotional state. Regular physical activity, strength training in particular, contributes to maintaining psychological well-being. The purpose of the research is to analyze contemporary scientific studies devoted to the effects of strength training on the students’ psycho-emotional state.

The effectiveness of high-intensity interval training in the system of physical education of students: Theoretical analysis and implementation prospects

In modern conditions of the educational process, students face physical inactivity and lack of time, which reduces the effectiveness of traditional forms of physical education. High-intensity interval training is a promising direction that allows achieving significant adaptive effects in a short period of time. The theoretical analysis and systematization of scientific data on the effectiveness of high-intensity interval training for the student population are a necessary step to justify their implementation in the educational process.

This article examines the current problem of preserving and strengthening the health of students in higher education through the introduction of health-saving technologies in physical education classes. The article examines physical education as an important component in implementing social and educational function of the modern university. It is noted that physical culture within the educational environment performs not only a health-improving but also a significant social and educational role, contributing to the development of students’ health culture, self-discipline, responsibility, teamwork, and readiness for civic engagement.

Pedagogical conditions for the formation of professionally significant qualities through physical education

The relevance of the study is determined by the need to improve the system of professional training of students in the context of modern labor market requirements, which impose increased demands on the psychophysical potential of university graduates. The aim of the study is to theoretically substantiate and experimentally verify the pedagogical conditions for developing professionally significant qualities of students by means of physical education.
