Abstract:

Effectiveness of performing special physical exercises in water is shown. The study presents substantive characteristics and outlines scientific and theoretical aspects of the influence of aquadynamic exercises on the motor abilities of those involved. The aim of the study was to determine the effectiveness of the influence of aquadynamic classes on the development of motor abilities of female students studying in an educational institution of higher education, by conducting test exercises. The results of the study were mathematically processed and indicated in percentage terms relative to the development of motor skills at the beginning and end of the school year. It was identified that aquadynamic classes effectively influence the development of motor skills of female students and lead to an improvement in their physical fitness.
