Efficiency of digital technology implementation in physical education classes in higher educational institutions

The paper presents the results of a study aimed at evaluating effectiveness of using digital technologies in physical education classes at universities. The experiment was conducted at the Moscow Technical University of Communications and Informatics and involved 240 students divided into control and experimental groups. The digital model incorporated online platforms, mobile applications, and fitness trackers to monitor physical activity, heart rate, class motor density, and students‘ motivation level.

Prospects for implementing innovative technologies in physical training of medical students using an individual method

This article is devoted to the study of the application of innovative sports and health technologies, in particular, the analysis of video recordings using artificial intelligence, in the context of an individual method of physical education in a competitive form.

Use of digital technologies as a way to motivate sports activity of technical university students

The article briefly describes how digital technologies are penetrating the field of physical education and student sports, and how they affect various aspects of athletic achievements and training methods. The author emphasizes that in order to work successfully in the technical field, a specialist must have a certain level of health and psychophysical readiness, since people working in the technical field often face harmful working conditions in industrial enterprises, where they have to perform both mental and physical work.

Trends and potential for the development of technological sports in student environment

The development of modern technologies leads to transformation of all the spheres of society, including sports. One of the key trends of recent years is emergence and fast spread of high-tech (innovative) sports, where digital technologies are embedded directly into the process of competition, such as phygital (combined functional and digital) sport, drone (unmanned aircraft) racing, sports programming and others. These sports are now bringing together people of different ages and interests.

Sports engineering: From training specialists to creating intelligent systems

The sports technology industry is currently experiencing rapid growth, driven by an increasing focus on fan engagement and satisfaction in stadiums, the desire to improve player and team performance, and the widespread adoption of eSports innovations. This, in turn, predetermined the emergence of a new field of knowledge – sports engineering, which bridges the gap between sports science and engineering developments.
