Strength training as a factor of students’ psycho-emotional well-being

In the modern educational environment, students inevitably face increased academic workload, stress, and emotional strain, which may negatively affect their psycho-emotional state. Regular physical activity, strength training in particular, contributes to maintaining psychological well-being. The purpose of the research is to analyze contemporary scientific studies devoted to the effects of strength training on the students’ psycho-emotional state.

Impact of student sports on social integration and interpersonal relationships in the university environment

The study is devoted to the analysis of the role of student sports in social integration and the formation of interpersonal relations in a multicultural university environment. Based on a mixed methodology (questionnaires for 70 students and interviews with 30 respondents), it was found out that systematic participation in sports events, especially team events, contributes to the expansion of social contacts, confidence building and reduction of academic stress.
