Abstract:

The paper presents results of a pedagogical experiment to evaluate the effectiveness of the use of an improved technique of adaptive physical rehabilitation of people suffering from osteochondrosis of the spine at the polyclinic stage of recovery. The relevance of this topic is that the prevalence of osteochondrosis among the population is increasing every year, and, consequently, the need for its prevention and rehabilitation after exacerbation is increasing. But at the same time, there are not so many scientific works containing simple complexes of physical therapy (an integral part of these complexes should be a myofascial release, which can be taught to a person in a short period of time so that they can practice independently). The purpose of the study is theoretical and experimental substantiation of the content of the experimental technique of adaptive physical rehabilitation of people suffering from osteochondrosis of the spine at the polyclinic stage of recovery using the technique of myofascial relaxation, which improves the functional state of the spinal column and allows maintaining remission for a long time. The hypothesis of the study suggests that the developed experimental technique of adaptive physical rehabilitation with techniques of myofascial relaxation will increase the efficiency of restoring the functional capabilities of the spine and will contribute to the long-term remission of the disease of osteochondrosis of the spine.
