Health-improving physical education as a method of correcting school anxiety and psycho-emotional stress in primary school students

The paper addresses the problem of school-induced anxiety and psycho-emotional stress in primary school students, the relevance of which is due to an increase in academic workload, a decrease in the level of motor activity and a growing number of children experiencing difficulties in adapting to the educational environment.

Dosing students’ physical activity: A model of individualization based on psychophysical criteria

The study presents a practice-oriented model of physical activity dosing for mass physical education practice, designed to individualize the training process of students. The relevance of the research is determined by the necessity to take into account the level of physical fitness of students in conditions of limited pedagogical resources. The purpose of the work is to theoretically substantiate and structure the model based on three criteria: heart rate, subjective assessment of Borg scale fatigue, and baseline level of physical fitness.

В статье рассматривается понятие вегетососудистой дистонии, анализируется особенности занятий оздоровительной физической культурой для студентов с вузов с вегетососудистой дистонией. Рассматриваются темы, связанные с вопросами организацией занятий оздоровительной культурой для студентов вузов, с вегетососудистой дистонией.
