The relevance of the study is determined by the need to improve the training of student futsal teams under conditions of avaliable training time, highly variable competitive loads, and the heterogeneity in the initial fitness levels of players. The study aims to experimentally substantiate the effectiveness of stage-based training of a student futsal team using the example of Krasnoyarsk State Pedagogical University named after V. P. Astafiev.
