The study assesses the competitiveness of athletes from the Siberian Federal District at the Russian Swimming Championship for Persons with Spinal Cord Injuries (Kaluga, 2025). Based on a quantitative analysis of medal results, key trends in athletic performance were identified, taking into account the functional classification (S1–S10, SB1–SB9) of the participants. A pronounced regional asymmetry was established, with the Altai Territory and the Omsk Region occupying dominant positions.
