The article presents the Community Fest “New Horizons of Student Athletics”, held on June 6 in Moscow at the National University of Science and Technology MISiS, was conducted. The event brought together student athletes, running club activists, and representatives of sports teams from 10 regions of Russia, aimed to develop and promote student sports. The main topic was the formation of a student athletics ecosystem, the synergy between universities and federations, and the prospects for reaching the international level.

The article presents the analysis of the legal framework for the activities of student sports clubs at the university, as well as the analysis of funding sources in accordance with various organizational and legal forms of clubs.
