The paper presents a report on the results of the ROSSTUDSPORT Congress, held at ITMO University from December 4 to 6, 2024 in St. Petersburg.

The article examines modern trends in the field of sports technologies, their implementation in practice of innovative sports, such as phygital sports, computer sports, drone racing, laser combat and sports programming, their regulatory framework. The key barriers limiting development of sports technologies are considered, and ways to overcome them are proposed.

The report on the results of the II All-Russian scientific and practical conference “Student Sports: Innovations, Technologies and Digital Transformation”, held at ITMO University from May 16 to 17, 2024 in St. Petersburg, is presented.

Nowadays, innovative technological solutions are rarely used in student sports. The potential of such solutions is in the optimization of various conditions of athletes, ranging from recovery to performance at competitions. The article discusses the construction of a system of educational activity of students from understanding their knowledge about innovation for sports to creating individual methods of influencing the body and brain using technological solutions.
