pedagogical control

Development and justification of adapted standards for cross-country testing in a gym based on experimental data and mathematical modeling

The paper is devoted to the topical problem of conducting control tests for cross-country training in a gym, which is due to the climatic characteristics of various regions of Russia. Specific features of indoor running are analyzed, including geometric limitations of the trajectory, the need for frequent turns, psychological aspects and biomechanical changes in the structure of the running step. The paper substantiates the need to adapt existing standards of cross-country training for gym conditions.

Dosing students’ physical activity: A model of individualization based on psychophysical criteria

The study presents a practice-oriented model of physical activity dosing for mass physical education practice, designed to individualize the training process of students. The relevance of the research is determined by the necessity to take into account the level of physical fitness of students in conditions of limited pedagogical resources. The purpose of the work is to theoretically substantiate and structure the model based on three criteria: heart rate, subjective assessment of Borg scale fatigue, and baseline level of physical fitness.
