This article examines the current problem of preserving and strengthening the health of students in higher education through the introduction of health-saving technologies in physical education classes. We analyse modern methods, approaches and practical strategies aimed at creating safe and motivating educational environment that promotes not only increased physical fitness, but also the formation of sustainable healthy lifestyle skills.

The impact of a crossfit training system on the functional capabilities of university students engaged in elective courses in physical education and sports

The paper presents the results of a study aimed at evaluating the effectiveness of implementing high-intensity functional training (CrossFit) within elective physical education courses in higher education institutions. The experiment was conducted at MTUCI and involved 80 students divided into control and experimental groups.

Effectiveness of simulators in developing the technique of beginner skiers

The research is devoted to the study of effectiveness of the use of “SkyTec Interactive” simulators for the formation of technical skills among beginner skiers during the first year of training. The relevance of the work is determined by the need to find innovative methods that can accelerate the process of mastering the basic elements of alpine skiing techniques, minimize the risk of injury and increase the confidence of athletes.
