International youth exchanges in the field of mass sports: Potential and prospects

The article provides a brief overview of key normative legal acts, actors and mechanisms for the implementation of international youth cooperation in the Russian Federation including in the field of mass sports. The existing experience in organizing youth exchanges in the field of mass sports and the possibility of its replication in modern political conditions is analyzed. In conclusion, recommendations are given for the further development of youth exchanges in the field of mass sports.

Международные молодежные обмены в области массового спорта: потенциал и перспективы

В статье представлен краткий обзор ключевых нормативно-правовых актов, акторов и механизмов реализации международного молодежного сотрудничества Российской Федерации, в том числе в области массового спорта. Анализируется имеющийся опыт по организации молодежных обменов в области массового спорта и возможность его тиражирования в современных политических условиях. В заключении даны рекомендации по дальнейшему развитию молодежных обменов в области массового спорта.

Chronology of student sports development: From individual issues to a systematic approach

The article provides a retrospective analysis of the student sports development for the period from 1991 to 2022. The stages of the development are defined based on the research of legislation and other legal acts, strategic planning documents in the fields of physical culture and sports, education and youth policy. The key features of the development of student sports at each stage are presented. Conclusion about the need of a systematic approach to the student sports development is made.
